Additional Information

  • Keep therapy. Fuck insurance.

Insurance was built to serve systems, not people. It forces therapists to label you with diagnoses that might not even reflect your lived experience. It turns healing into paperwork. It puts you in a waiting game where care is delayed or denied. And if you have a deductible to meet, you’re often paying full price out of pocket anyway, usually $150 or more per session, just to say you "used" your benefits.

    I don't play that game.

Here’s what I do instead: we find a price point that works for you.
If that’s $40 a session while you're figuring life out, cool. If you're in a place where $125, my full rate, is doable, that helps keep the door open for others who can’t afford as much right now. This is community care. This is mutual respect. This is therapy that meets you where you are.

You don’t have to prove your hardship or justify your worth.
You just have to reach out and tell me what’s real for you.

    Session length: 50 minutes
Rate: $125 or what you can genuinely afford right now.

    Let’s make it work.

  • This is the only service I offer in person.

KAP is a deeper kind of work. It's not about symptom relief alone, it's about healing at the roots. Sessions are structured to support you through every part of the process, not just the medicine itself.

I offer sliding scale pricing for KAP, starting at $250. You tell me what’s realistic for your situation. I’ll trust you.

    KAP sessions are in-person only.
They last 3 hours and include intention setting, grounding, and the medicine journey.

Preparatory and integration sessions are $125 for 50 minutes.
KAP sessions are $375 for 3 hours.

Let’s talk about whether this kind of work is right for you.

  • I accept cash, check, debit and credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

For ease, a card will be kept on file and charged after each session unless we agree otherwise.

    Simple. No surprises.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
